Error Reporting Tag dialog pops up when selecting/deselecting 'Execute Asynchronously' if the 'Create Error Tag?' option is selected.

This bug affects more than Execute Asynchronously?. It also affects Exectuion order, decimation Offset and initialize module on error. All of them are managed in the same case so as long as the create error tag is selected any change here will create the pop up dialog.
