Fixes https://github.com/LabVIEW-DCAF/TagEditorCore/issues/361 .ctl typedefs should use decals so that the image is part of the clickable zone on the button. The two buttons that were affected in this dialog were the "OK" (renamed "Show Mappings") and "Export CSV"
