cDAQs don't have Pharlap, generic linux, Mac, etc.
Per @The-deLEVoper - this was causing confusion when showing framework to an Oil & Gas customer. They then thought that they could deploy DCAF app to a Raspberry Pi.
Suggest we pare down the available target OS list to only what that target type supports. Or remove it entirely if it is not being used.
