Fixed an error in my previous commit to the MQPG driver. The previous version threw an error when Uniform Pulse Shape was turned off and Edge-to-Edge Pulses was turned on. The definition of pulse width and plateau in the CPMG sequence has been modified to account for whether or not Uniform Pulse Shape is on.
