Added options to start at zero for both 1 and 2 qubit gates with Gaussian pulses. The offset is subtracted and the amplitude is then rescaled so that the amplitude is not affected.
Looks like my editor removed all (unnecessary) trailing whitespaces, I hope this is ok.
