fix pulse spacing in Pulse Sequencer; change Aquiris U1084 default mode #76

Due to some merge issues, there's some "noise" in the commit history here. The meaningful changes are f6ecf6d, 81ccf7c, f1c270c, and e348f6b.

Hi Mollie, thanks for the fixes. I'll merge them for now, but we realized when doing precise noise epxeriments that the effective pulse width has to be tuned to give correct timing in the CPMG sequence. There was an option in the older single-qubit generator to fix this by setting the effective pulse width, but that never made to the multi-qubit version. @Youngkyu-Sung is currently doing experiments with the multi-pulse CPMG, we'll probably add something that re-introduces a tunable pulse width setting soon.
