QEvolver_3Q #79

Hi Simon, I finally have a stable three-qubit simulator "QEvolver_3Q". In this branch, I have both "QEvolver_3Q" and the previous "QSolver". I will ask you for advice on how to improve them once back. "QEvolver_3Q" is a bit more complicated, and would need a manual to operate. I can add one when more available.
