Vb/remove json media type #1728

Description

This PR takes care of 2 issues that surfaced as a result of sdk integration test failures:

Remove Json media type support for a project. This has been dropped in the api once we have retired custom editor supports
Update a labeling front end test because now we create a labeling front end for a project automatically
