Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate not working properly and shows an error Object reference not set to an instance of an object. #1

I wrote a snippet of code in powershell that fit to that business: distribute the Article page Template Folder(which is located in the hubsite)content to all the sites that are associated to the Hubsite.
