Quando uma alteração envolver nova funcionalidade, exemplos, tutoriais, etc tente atualizar o Readme com esses exemplos. Crie uma seção específica para esses update e uma breve descrição para que o usuário acesse a nova funcionalidade/exemplo direto do Readme.
