New database from websensor about historical events.

Dengue events/hazards extracted from news articles about Brazilian cities during the year 2023. The information for modeling in the CLIMADA format is available in the following columns:

event_main_location
event_places
event_main_date_str
event_main_date
Type of Hazard
Description of Hazard
Intensity of Event
Severity of Event

Avoid using Severity of Event = 0 in the model.
