What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add a magnet link
2.click resume
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After a few seconds, the status change to "operation not permitted ..."
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPod touch v2 , ios 4.2.1
Please provide any additional information below.
