Unable to setup values for upload #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Global Bandwidth > Upload > On
2. Try to input value on "0 KB/s"
3. Not working, value is not change able. Same for interaction with the web 
interface, could not detect the settings, vice-versa.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing changes, I am unable to change that value. Locked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTransmsision 1.1
libtransmission 2.32 (12526)
libevent 2.0.12-stable
