Plotting options #6

Several plotting options can be included:

  1. Chose which plot is shown: a) the evolution of the energy state and acceptance probabilities; b) the sample configuration; c) both;
  2. Set the plotting interval (number of iterations between each plot update);
  3. Choose between showing the point that is being jittered and the new point;
  4. Choose to plot the evolution of optimization after a given number of iterations. This is useful to speed up the computations in the beginning of the optimization and follow its evolution only in the last iterations.
