We have a temporary stand-in replacement that runs and connects to the system. Confirmed air assist is delivered on target at the cutting bed.
This temp replacement has the following issues still to resolve, whether by replacing or repairing the original 125L/min 0.04MPa unit (which conveniently runs on the internal 220V power supply and can be switched with the supplied 220V power strip switch):
It is, however, rated to supply the full 0.04MPa of the original unit. So there's that.
Looks like the warranty on this thing ended on 2013-11-16. That's not a manufacturing date. (See translation in lower right corner of tag.)
Looks like the existing compressor is totally shot. Opening it up, I found the central piston had shed significant amounts of material (cheap steel) into the interior of the device. Those shards likely contributed to the extreme level of damage to nearly all the other internal components.
Plan: save for scrap or replacement parts, order replacement compressor of same or similar model.
Detailed model info for the compressor that came with the machine...
Capturing the portions of text data in that image that I don't think have been written out in prior comments on this issue:
Renamed issue to reflect total failure of internal working parts of compressor.
