Must verify tube not broken before issuing funds in exchange for device. If tube is DOA, this becomes a scrap-recovery mission.

"The CO2 laser tube is the heart of the system and it is shown in the picture below. The laser tube has an Anode (+) and a Cathode (-). It also has the water input and output ports. The red wire shows the Anode side and Green/yellow the Cathode side. This information will help identify the right position of the tube during installation."
