Should be "fire and forget" with no guarantees, but currently if you send a message to a btu that isn't reachable by DAX or LL, the program stops responding.

gotta fix for this in 0.1.13. leaving issue open until we put on a bunch of devices.

fixed and all the devices have 0.2.0
