Added Dockerfile to project #7

Added docker file to project.

Docker file using Tomcat 8.0
Exposes tomcat on port 8081
Added instructions to README.md

Fixes: #2

TODO:

[x] Expose the right ports for application to run successfully
[x] Change location of "how to run docker" to Wiki or its like.

It would be great if you can elaburate a little, so we get the right Docker created for your app. E.g. maybe you can tell me what ports that need to be exposed. If it is a range or just one? Right now I have just added/exposed port 8080. But there might be more? I can see that the build is also failing, it seems to be a more general error then me adding a Dockerfile.

Chosen ports 8080 and 8081 are ok, as these are being used locally only.
