Also consider the following:

• Focus stacking doesn't return Z to starting position at end of scan?
• Autofocus is slow now that I made the settle times longer. Maybe Add a tuning parameter of some sort. Also try to eliminate the Z move on AF + Go

• Measure tab scale needs to be corrected

All known outstanding issues have been fixed:

• Jog slider values are better centered
• Focus stacking reliably parks Z at end better
• Autofocus is much faster

• Web / HTTP server for remote control
• Autofocus Z limit investigation (https://github.com/Labsmore/pyuscope/issues/314)
• Scale bar (https://github.com/Labsmore/pyuscope/issues/142)

Note fixes /features are in:

• Z return is reliable
• Measure tab scale is corrected
• Jog scale labels centered, jog scale bar usability tweaks
• Autofocus is much quicker
