dead reckon stitch: make more reliable

Some quick calculations indicate that the LIP-X1 at 1x should be pretty reliable with this, but images don't come out good even on a fairly well tuned system. The following tweaks would be ideal:

• Correct camera angle vs stage alignment in software. We are always going to have a small offset / annoying to mechanically fix
• Crop images instead of pasting edge on edge. This will minimize edge lighting issues
• Consider revisiting flat field correction. Its now much easier to see the effect vs the more opaque cloud stitching workflow that automatically corrects a lot of issues
• Verify 1x is actually very close to 1/20 of 20x (the scale calibration objective)

If camera correction angle is provided it kicks in a higher precision version:

• Camera angle correction
• More aggressive cropping

Notes:

• I found that 1x might be slightly off of 1/20 of 20x calibration. Needs more testing
• Rotation takes significantly longer making this a bit less "quick." We could parallelize tile rotations to make this a lot faster
• Darkfield can have glare => not as even illumiantion / stitching artifacts visible even when perfectly aligned
• Need automatic camera angle detection script and/or better camera alignment
