Volbrate - Fails to vibrate when locked #2

Tweak/Theme: Volbrate Version: 0.1.4 Device: All iOS Version: 11.1.2

Issue/Bug: Fails to vibrate when device (both taptic and regular)

Additional Comments: Seems similar vibration tweaks have the same issue (SmallVolStep and PulseHUD)

Doubt this is solvable. Device remains asleep when locked.
