i dont know how the user manages to get boats in the garage; perhaps your setup reuses the same database table with another plugin.

blinking marker seems like FiveM may have updated. If you can record a gif of it and create a new issue that would be awesome.

First Issue helpers: A simple filter is all that is required while listing. More advance feature however would be to configure garages as valid for boats, planes, helicopters, or vehicles.

i dont know if that helps but i noticed that this blink issue does not happens to all parking spots, but in some of them...
