Refine and prettify architecture

Architecture was just a sketch, this PR makes it pretty and refines it, cutting out unnecessary services or replacing some with ones better suited for our usecase to close #17 . The following changes were made:

• Remove mentions of NextJS
• Add Node "Web Application" to represent front end
  • Use Amplify for serverless hosting
  • Use Auth0( for User Account and Access Management
  • Use Amazon API Gateway for communication with Backend
• Simplify Game Server Block showing only one server and volume
• Simplify Backend by
  • Changing EKS to Fargate (A bit more expensive, but way easier to use)
  • Add S3 to Backend for persisting server state and backups

I agree with your points @Lachstec , but keep in mind this architecture is for an AWS based approach. I would suggest first focusing on Openstack and then, if we have the time, implementing this AWS architecture with the help of Localstack
