Add option for adding multiple tags/genres in Library Management Settings #13

It would be great to be able to add multiple tags/genres, etc in the Library Management Settings. It could be done via multiple Textboxes (maybe always 3 Textboxes as i doubt one will need more or always adding a new one when the one above is being filled out). An easier alternative that would not take so much time would be to just split the text in the Name-Textbox by semicolon or so like in this screenshot: image

I know this can already be done by just using multiple items/rules but if you have many rules like i have it gets confusing fast to maintain your rules and add new ones. I think this would greatly reduce the number of needed rules and make the settings more clear. Thanks for your great extension and that you took the time looking at this 😄

As an addition to this, it may also be a great thing to be able to make rules for automatically adding prefix tags to tags (or other metadata elements) that come from metadata sources or other plugins.

For instance, if I could add [PCG] to all of the PCGamingWiki taxonomy tags, or [!Steam] to the tags grabbed by the Steam Tags Importer, that would aid visual organization and filtering immensely in my opinion.
