Missing Region - RU864 #19

Hi,

Is there any plan to add RU864 to regions: https://github.com/LacunaSpace/basicmac/blob/master/lmic/region.h

Only following regions supported:

// public region codes - DO NOT CHANGE! enum { REGCODE_UNDEF = 0, REGCODE_EU868 = 1, REGCODE_AS923 = 2, REGCODE_US915 = 3, REGCODE_AU915 = 4, REGCODE_CN470 = 5, REGCODE_IN865 = 6, };

But in the https://github.com/LacunaSpace/basicmac/blob/master/tools/pylora/loradefs.py file, RU864 is supported:
