i was using a radar mod to check that the spawning was working correctly, and saw that there were a bunch of BEAR and USECs standing around together not fighting.

Please install the bot debug mod and check what layer they are in as the radar mod / map mod is not a good way to determine what is going on.

I've had several reports of this and they've all been using some kind of "zombie mod" or activating Halloween. I've played 5 raids and I cannot reproduce this, so I am going to close this.
