Add explanation & example of MD's internal link/anchor syntax

Hackathon-Glossary → Hackathon-Glossary.md

Include MD file extension to enable rendering on GitHub
Minor style updates: add more MD tags & links to repo, etc
Add resource links to external glossaries

Job-Resources.md

Include table of contents
Add resource links to Opportunities, and links & subsection to Getting a Gig
Minor style additions: line breaks for consistency, and repo link

Learning-Resources.md

Include Open Source for New Contributors section
Add resource links to Algorithms & Python sections
Minor corrections to TOC's links
Minor spelling & line break updates
