Add JSON file in prep for website content #2

Hi @alainakafkes I have added lsh-tutorials.json file and updated theCONTRIBUTION.md. The JSON file will be useful for the website when we need to add content.

With regards to requesting LSH members to submit their tutorials files in this repo:

Why not let them host it on their own repo and just provide their url. This is because if we have 1000 or more tutorials available and somebody wants to add the info about their tutorials, that would be a lot of files to download.

We can create a branch - tutorials-files, for people who want to submit their tutorials files in this repo and they can add it there. But for others who just want to add info about their tutorials, they can just update the master branch.

Just a suggestion. :)

This sounds reasonable. I'll update CONTRIBUTING.md. Also I'm happy you want to incorporate tutorials into the website!
