Entity title fallback #7

It would be quite helpful if labels in the "Entity title" column were shown in fallback languages, instead of just being blank, if they don't exist in the language whose edits are being shown (e.g. "bn" falling back to "en" or something).

At the same time, if more than one language's edits are being shown (such as "bn,hi"), it would also be helpful if, when there is no "bn" label, the "hi" label is shown instead—similarly for more than two languages.
