[UTC +8] Fail to synchronize when GPX UTC data cross a day #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a GPX file contain data from 23:45 to 00:30 data
2. Select a folder, which consist of photos taken from 07:45 to 08:30
   (GMT +8)
3. Click Synchronize button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Following error reported
(Found PICT6783.JPG ... : WARNING: DIDN'T GEOCODE, no track point below the
maximum time range ( 300 s) : 2007-09-03-08:08:24 time difference (s)= 83569
For information nearest trackpoint was at lat=22.337190000 long=114.203239000
Actually, data of 2007-09-03-00:08:24 do exist in the GPX file

For photos taken before 08:00 (GMT+8), synchronization are ok

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GPicSync 1.10 on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for sending the data John.  It seems there is  a problem when the GPX 
data
cross the UTC 0 meridian with these values. I'll try to fix that when I can.

In the meantime, it is possible to set the camera to UTC time so the problem
shouldn't happen or uncheck the "dates must match" option and have a picture 
folder
per day.

That should now be fixed with the 1.20 release.
