Create title tag with EXIF comment field #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add comment to files in the EXIF comment field (e.g. "My house" in file
xyz123.jpg)
2. Use the comment field in the EXIF data instead of the file name as the
title in the kml.
3. Shows up in Google Earth & Maps as legible title.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If xyz123.jpq has the comment field "My House", I could choose to have it
written to the kml as:
<name>My House</name> instead of <name>xyz123.jpg</name>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.26 on XP SP3
