What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select "camera icon" in Google Earth settings
2. Synchronise

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the tool not to create thumbnail images if I select "camera
icon". The "thumbs" folders is created anyway no matter which option is
selected.

In fact, I would prefer to be able to completely disable Google Earth
activity via the configuration file - all I want is to geocode the photo files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.26 on Windows XP SP2
