Program cannot be started on Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GPicSync
2. Start GPicSync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should start but there is an error message which 
prompts "msvcr71.dll" is missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.28 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I encountered the same problem and found the answer here:
http://code.google.com/p/gpicsync/wiki/TroubleShooting

Two-step resolution:
--Get MSVCP71.dll and MSVCR71.dll from Windows XP (C:\Windows\System32\).
  (If you don't have access to WinXP, do a web search and download them.)
--Put them in the GPicSync installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\GPicSync)
