“Apply Shortcut” always reverts to default shortcuts #2

Whenever I change the shortcut for Apply Shortcut, it always reverts to the default "shift+V".

Unfortunately this is a known error which can't be resolved since the add-on was made with Serpens 2 which could not save user properties. If you own Serpens I can send you the project file where you can change the Shortcut and build the addon again.
