Effective 1.1 jar does not contain the cascade sound fix (or other 1.1 Fixes) #65

Looking at the 1.1 release notes, they mention a fix for the loud cascade sound. However, extracting the jar or downloading the zip for the 1.1 release shows no sign of the fix.

E.g. check the values in the sounds.json file which doesn't contain the changes from d00cd3392797968ab95bd40c15869c49a846b544
