In gaspunk_agents, the nerve.json agent has the lung/pulmonary effect, and the pulmonary.json agent has the damage/nerve effect.

Oh hi, thanks for using our mod I guess 😁 Gaspunk is not really maintained anymore though, so I wouldn't expect a fix any time soon.
