Fix video freeze in LocalPreview Android/iOS #39

Hi @tompi.

Can you take a look at these changes? This fixes issues #30 and #37.

About the problem

When activating and deactivating the camera, after the second attempt, locally, the screen was frozen and the local preview was not displayed.

Hi @andersonvieiragomeslopes recently I downloaded your POC and faced many issue related to video freezing and not appearing on screen. I made many changes for Android and fixed video-related issues for Android but for ios video in not display in ios and i am not able to solve this can you please look into this issue
