a new problem when i run the FaceRecognizer.exe #72

when i run the sample FaceRecognizer.exe。the application threw the error "the computer lost MSVCP140D.dll"。But readme show us use vs2013。I have install the vs2013。why show the error ? can you tell me?thanks!!!
