Component - XXXXOpenCV240.dpk install Dont Find VCRUNTIME140.dll ERROR.. #75

why ?????

Windows 7 64bit Target 32bit.

i did Copy (1),(3),(5),(7) dll -> SysWOW64 and

{Project ROOT} - \source\component - Delphi 10.1 Berlin (i use 10.1 version) Open dclCommonOpenCV240 -> Compile(Find Warning but can Compile) - Install Then ERROR!!!

"VCRUNTIME140.dll Dont Find" ERROR and

Can't load package C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\18.0\Bpl\dclCommonOpenCV240.bpl. cant find module .

and i cant show OPENCV Component in my IDE Pallete

Help me plz TnT
