Readme - Add process to update the apps #4

As said in the title.

On my side, I'm not sure I did the right thing.

I started with:

sudo ninja uninstall killall wingpanel

then I remove my old folder and downloaded the new release and after that I tried to build but I got an error so I used ninja reconfigure. So maybe I still have my bugs due to that :D

Yes, it sound's good except this build error. You don't need to remove and download all the directories after an update, the changed files in /src are enough, perhaps if you want to help me more often, git can do it for you.

I'll try to submit this project to AppCenter for a second chance, some people like eth-p and others have maintained it up-to-date and a lot of issues are now solved, it's working...let's try and see

I tried to submit to appcenter, but something went wrong perhaps because it's not an application. So I just added a .deb file for an easier install.
