Can't get double jump in Grand Stairway #104

I've searched all assessable areas of Dracula's Castle plenty (since I can't tell what is the grand staircase now), I can't seem to find 00-04-0D_08 (anyway to figure out what this means?)

I found it, but the part of the grand stairway it was in couldn't be accessed without glitching (needed the touch screen extra jump to clear a platform and reach it).

Specifically where did you need to do a glitch jump? Preferably with a screenshot.

I can't seem to find 00-04-0D_08 (anyway to figure out what this means?)

You can open the ROM up in DSVEdit to find the exact location. The first number is the area index, second is sector index, third is room index, fourth is entity index.

It's possible to do this without glitches if you use acrobat cube and puppet master, which the spoiler log says you should have.
