When the randomizer creates a nested entrance path that starts at the Helmaroc King's boss room entrance, it can take quite a long time to get back up there, especially if the bed post trick is being used in lieu of the Deku Leaf, as you have to get the trick right, and then survive the Miniblins (harder on Hero Mode) and, if Phantom Ganon has been defeated, there's a searchlight that will shoot bombs at you unless you disable it.
This is particularly annoying when playing on Hero Mode if you die from whatever's in the nested entrance path and respawn all the way outside the Forsaken Fortress.
I propose adding a warp akin to the one created after entering the Forbidden Woods entrance for the first time somewhere near the entrance of the fortress.
