No visible scrollbar in internal reader #241

At least on my phone (OnePlus Nord), when using the internal reader (which I prefer), there is no visible scroll bar or anything to show how far down the chapter I have scrolled. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to be able to tell. Otherwise, the reader is great.

Well no, that is not really possible as qn uses inf scrolling, so any sort of scrollbar is sorta meaningless and not supported natively by android. Some chapter % text or pages might be possible to add, but that will be a setting

Ah, even in "Chapter buttons" mode, which I use? (Not infinite scroll...)
