[Bug] - Enemies don't take damage? #68

Happens later in game with toy gun, then continues to do damage as normal

Couldn't duplicate, might be caused by sub-zero damage since enemies can take <1 damage but the floating damage won't appear. This only happens for DoTs though, Closing for now but might reexamine later.
