(Windows) Unticking DTR without flow control will disable RTS #14

If using no flow control and unticking the DTR checkbox, RTS will also be deasserted. To re-enable RTS the RTS checkbox must be unticked and reticked.

Alternative workaround: use hardware flow control.

This bug has been reported to Qt.

Fixed in version 1.08c builds and underlying issue has been fixed in Qt 5.7.1
