Enable Admin Management for Organizations and Users

Description

It should be possible for an Admin to:

• Register organizations
• Create users and bind them to an organization
• Adjust user permissions
• Set boundaries (neighborhood, district, municipality) for an organization
• Configure mapsets for an organization

Actions

• [ ] Create API endpoints in the backend to support the following functionalities:
  • Registering organizations
  • Creating users and binding them to an organization
  • Adjusting user permissions
  • Setting boundaries for organizations
  • Configuring mapsets for organizations
• [ ] Design and implement a front-end page in maps.fundermaps.com for the admin to manage these functionalities.
• [ ] Consider a low-code solution as an alternative for rapid implementation.

Expected Behavior

Admins should be able to:

• Register new organizations.
• Create new users and assign them to the appropriate organization.
• Adjust the permissions of users within an organization.
• Set geographic boundaries (neighborhood, district, municipality) for organizations.
• Configure which mapsets are available to an organization.
