Reaction list order seems to change on each load

It appears that the reactions displayed get re-ordered when we re-enter the reaction list after watching one of them.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to vlog
• Swipe up for reaction list
• Click a reaction
• Watch reaction
• Go back
• See reaction list again
• Some reactions seem to change places
