This PR includes: -Steam Friends for Quest, which refreshes the friends list every lobby update -Lobby Filtering which has: +Hiding Full Lobbies +Hiding Min/Max Player Counts +Hiding Quest/PC Lobbies -Public Lobbies now display which platform they are on (Quest/PC)
