Getting an issue with specific maps (official and community) where it's possible to get stuck in a death loop of non-stop dying. So far of the official maps, it's been decent and rooftop parkour. It seems to happen with clients more so then the host.

This is a bug with base game death triggers, you can get it to happen with no mods installed
