Unknown error sending direct messages to users #177

Unknown error in which the bot 'fails' to send a DM repeatedly. It is unclear if this was the same user spamming a command or a large number of users somehow.

Marked as critical as the consequences of this are unknown and potentially harmful.

As an initial precaution, a catch will be added to the "DM failed" error to dump any relevant data.

No cases in multiple months. Closing for now.
